Cake
Our Cake is by the Inn at Essex, which is the home to the New England Culinary Institute. We have decided on a 4 tier cake made out of almond cake with amaretto mousse filling and vanilla buttercream icing.
Our cake will be in ivory, with a clover green ribbon coming down from the top. Our monogram will be on the cake as well, on the second tier. On top we will have a marzipan ribbon.
Basically, this is our cake, but ours will be round instead of a square.
